This event will be a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your products, services programs and activities. Set amongst fantastic animal displays, created landscapes and groves of tropical plants, your display booths will be integrated into an exciting and stimulating environment.
Below are the steps you need to take to complete the booth hire process. All the documents can be viewed and/or downloaded from our web site. If you are unable to obtain these from the site, then please let us know and we will post them to you.
1. Read the General Information.
2. Read, Print and Sign the Contract. Booth hire costs are indicated in this document. Return to Wild Expos.
3. Read, Print and fill out the Service Forms. Return to Wild Expos along with your public liability insurance document.
4. Read, Print and fill out the Booth Requirements Form. Return to Expo Hire Services.
The cut off date for bookings is 10 th April, 2010. To avoid possible disappointment, make sure that we receive your contract and deposit before this date. The other forms can then be processed closer to the 10 th .
